I would like to commend one of your staff members Mitch Ipkendanz on one of my recent experiences with him. Mitch had been a patient of mine and we had only previously met once before. On Friday the 23rd of January I visited Kia browsing at some vehicles. Mitch went out of his way and went above and beyond knowing that I was not interested in purchasing a car until twelve months into the future. Working somewhat in sales myself I appreciate when someone true and down to earth comes along like Mitch. I just wanted to say thanks for the replacement of the passenger side rear vision mirror on my Trakka Torino motorhome today. I found the level of service you gave to me in 2014 to be excellent, and believe me, if I did not think you were a great crew I would not have driven the 400 odd km from Nelsons Bay to Dubbo to get the van fixed. I bought my little 2011 Honda Jazz from Mitch a few months ago. I had to make an emergency dash to Doonside, NSW and then down to Melbourne. I asked the mechanic here in Yeoval if would have time to give the car the once over, which he did. When I went back to pick the car up he said "I have never had a car in here that was perfect, but yours is pretty bloody close.” If any of my friends ask me to recommend a car dealer, you guys are miles in front of anybody else. You should be proud of yourselves. Well done.
They've been so courteous and very, very helpful. They are happy to take you down town and they seem to do a very good job. We've got no complaints.
